Excellent customer service and good products. I was happy with two out of three purchases, and the team made it quick and easy to return/refund. It’s a great way to trial new scents - longevity and sillage are pretty fair for EDT, but you can build a collection for less than the price of one bottle from their inspirations! Will buy again.

Nausea causing perfume. Nothing much to say, they just missed the mark.

That’s a bummer, Dravit! It sounds like this one wasn’t quite the perfect match. If you’re up for a scent adventure, there are plenty of other fragrances that might tickle your nose in a more delightful way.
Excellent customer service! I love this brand and everything it stands for! Non-toxic brands are the best! Hope they keep the standards high and won't ever cut the quality... I wish the mini sets had some better big brand perfumes, like Tom Ford and YSL and such. I also wish the automatic monthly subscription plus thing wasn't mandatory during a purchase. Kind of seems like there is no way to do one-time buys now, as there used to be my first time shopping where I bought like 7 perfumes and have ran out of them all because they are so good! Please fix the small issues, and keep up the quality!

I ordered 6 fragrances and they got stolen. Because of the protection it was really easy to have refund back only took 3 days to get refund. Robert helped me a lot through out the case.

Excellent product that I reorder often. Had an issue with delivery on recent one with my building and utilized the WhatsApp service and was supported in minutes with a solution resolved! Another reason outside of a company with a great product is one with great customer service! Well done Dossier!
