I have a few perfumes form dossier and they all smell good I wish The longevity was just a little bit longer, but I mean, what can you ask for when they keep the perfume at reasonable prices? I also had an issue with shipping and they resolved the issue right away. Took care of it and shipped me out a new package immediately so far so good and I’m very happy with Dossier so far waiting for my Valentino born room to come. I’m so excited.

I purchased from Walmart first and loved the fragrance. I wanted a dossier original and purchased next from the dossier website. USPS took a few days for updated tracking information so I contacted dossier. They replied back right away! I was definitely impressed. I will be receiving my Oder later today and I can’t wait! Not only do I think their quality of perfume is amazing but their customer service is at the same level.

Ok, pay attention everyone! This isn't a robot 🤖, I don't and never have worked for Dossier! I'm just a very very happy customer! Customer Service, hands down, receives 5 ⭐'s! Every email I send asking questions or looking for something is answered immediately! I ordered their new fragrance "Aromatic Sage" a Valentino Uomo Born in Roma clone, and my order arrived in just days! It got to my house less than a week! And the smell...WOW! We're talking like 92% - 95% identical! Yes I would and have recommended Dossier to many many people! Just something about them. You just can't beat the respect and courtesy of their customer service, the speediness of their deliveries and the accuracy of their clones! Their customer service is absolutely fantastic. Honestly one of the best customer service experiences I have had. Tudor was so kind and amazing in assisting with questions I had regarding an allergy. Where another company told me just to not use any of their products Tudor took the time to look at each product and their ingredients to assure me I would be able to use it. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely continue supporting! Tudor is awesome and deserves all the best!
