DossierReviews of dossier.co

I’m extremely happy with my purchase of all six bottles! Both shipments were received quickly and in great order.

I’ve always loved dossier perfume's but when I received this shattered bottle this is the only time it’s happened mind you been a customer for 4 years they were so kind and helpful also accommodating and met my needs in sending me a new perfume

I bought three perfumes from Dossier, all were delivered in good time and well packaged, I really liked two of these, Floral Rose and Citrus Tea, I have the originals that inspired them, a little too expensive for everyday use and wanted something I could wear more often that was more reasonably priced, they are a good representation of the inspiration scent and will be well used, I also ordered Woody Sandalwood, having never tested the more well known brand I was not sure what to expect, it wasn’t for me so I emailed Dossier’s customer service team about a return, they were brilliant, they kept me informed throughout the return and refunded with no issues, I have no problem recommending this company to anyone!!!

I definitely don't understand the review that complains about being auto enrolled. You literally have two choices. Just purchase as a one time thing...or you can join dossier+ for a VERY small charge your first month and then the second month and on you are charged $35 or something like that. But they don't keep that money. The money they charge you monthly is YOURS. You can save it up or you can use it and get a bottle every month with it. When you buy something from here you aren't auto enrolled in ANYTHING. You have to actually enroll yourself in D+ and it's VERY clear and explained not once but twice what it is and what the charge is. So someone here likely enrolled themselves on purpose to get the 10% discount on their purchase and since the first month fee is only like $1-something it's more likely they signed up on purpose then forgot to cancel before the second month. I LOVE dossier. And since I literally go through a bottle of ambery saffron a month the subscription is perfect. The money I pay for the D+ subscription goes into my "dossier account". So when I come here to buy my monthly bottle not only do I get the discount for being a D+ member but I can use the money in my dossier account. So I get my monthly ambery saffron practically free. Just a few bucks. It's COMPLETELY worth it. My only suggestion would be to either mail a return label with every purchase or set it up so that the customer doesn't have to print the return label. Not as many people use printers now and days bc we do everything digitally. Sign documents digitally then save them digitally or email them. This is the second time I tried a different fragrance other than the ones I KNOW I love that I wanted to return and couldn't bc No one uses printers anymore except businesses. So I couldn't get this last one shipped back to you by the deadline and now I'm stuck with it and am unfortunately completely out of ambery saffron! 🤦🏼‍♀️ And my monthly subscription won't be charged for another five days. So I couldnt exchange my last months purchase that I didn't like for my ambery saffron d/t lack of printer.. And I can't just BUY a bottle right now since my monthly subscription fee will be charged in a week or a few days. (And that's like being charged twice) so I have to wait for what seems like FOREVER for my monthly subscription to go through so I can get the discount and subscription credit. 😥. But that was my fault. I knew I was running low and wanted to take a chance on something recommended to me. I absolutely knew better. So this isn't Dossiers fault. They make excellent fragrances. There's something here for everyone. Not everyone likes the same scents so if you hate one...try another. The savings make it totally worth it. I do wish the discovery sets were a bit cheaper. Seems like a lot to me. I just want to be able to smell everything before I buy so I don't get stuck trying to track a printer down 😂🤣 Thank you Dossier!!! On ambery saffron one you've saved me ateast $1500 at this point. Fruity Almond is next..

In terms of customer service, Dossier has some of the fastest and most efficient when it comes to helping with your orders, returns, etc. Also, the scents are fantastic, packaging is great for storage and very aesthetic, very affordable too. The only critique I have is with the websites format especially when it comes to checkout and applying points if you are a Dossier+ member (I was a plus member for around 6 months). I think once they work out these interface kinks to make the website and checkout page easier to navigate it'll be golden.

I was looking for Santal 33, and oh my, this smells exactly the same but at a much more affordable price! Mike assisted me with an issue regarding my package, and the response was fast and helpful. I’m extremely happy with my purchase of all three bottles!

I have had a very good experience with Dossier, their perfumes are very nice and I have bought several of them. I really recommend it. Also the customer service is very nice and helpful.

Love Fougere Oud; today ordered my second bottle as I know I want to have on hand! Long lasting, comparable with Middle Eastern scents, A good impression of the top Ford product :-)
