The fragrances are better than I could have ever expected, and the customer service team goes above and beyond. I will continue to buy fragrances for myself, my husband, and my daughter from Dossier for many years to come.

Very dissatisfied with the dossier customer service plus the product itself. The perfume had pleasant smell but didn’t last 30 min, so not worth the money. The customer service was even worse. I returned the product , then on my account I saw extra charge. I contacted them and asked what’s going on . They said it was charged for membership. I didn’t sign up intentionally , it was an accident. I explained that I had no idea how it happened, and asked to cancel the membership and refund the charge. On what they said we can’t do that, we can only do in store credit. That’s my first time having a problem about this with customer service. I made only one purchase from dossier and didn’t plan to buy anything from them since I was disappointed with their products. And now they re not even giving me a choice. Very frustrated, and not happy with this company.

Dossier has amazing customer service and they really make sure to take care of the customer!! Between me and my household we must have at least 10-15 dossier fragrances that we all love, but I did order two that didn't really work for me. The return process is fairly easy but I think the post office may have misplaced my return because the return tracking disappeared, dossier got back to my email super fast and immediately processed the return. They are definitely a trustworthy company and hold true to their promises! I appreciate that their costumer service is top tier!!!

Wow, we’re seriously blushing over here, Andi! Thank you for trusting us with your fragrance collection—10 to 15 Dossier scents, that's amazing! We’re glad we could make the return process smooth even with the tracking hiccup. Can’t wait for you to find even more scents you love!
I had placed an oreder not realizing I was going on vacation. Unfortunately when I returned my order had been stolen from my mailbox. I immediately contacted Dessier and greatfully they were able to help me with my order. Dessier thank you for going above and beyond to make me a happy customer, I will continue to order from you without a doubt.

I ordered clones for a birthday gift but didn't receive them. However, the company quickly resolved the issue and refunded my money, which allowed me to find an alternative gift. Their excellent customer service makes me confident that I would order from them again without hesitation, even though the original order didn’t arrive. Thank-you Dossier
