Hey Roji! So glad you’re loving Woody Sandalwood! It definitely has a way of sticking around and making an impression. Cheers to more Dossier favorites that keep you coming back!
The customer service team alone makes it worth buying from this company. Not to mention the products are very similar to their expensive counterparts. Would highly recommend taking the gamble if you are hesitant. I am now a returning customer and have already purchased twice from them.

Hi Harrison! We’re over the moon that both our customer service and fragrances have won you over. Thanks for taking a chance on us, and we’re so excited to have you as a returning customer!
I wanted to try and find at least two scents I loved and got the Dossier + subscription because it offered great benefits for me to do this. I found my scents and wouldn’t be needing new ones for several months may be even a year (they come in well sized bottles). I thought I cancelled my Dossier + subscription through the app and forgot about it until I was billed the next month again. Reached out through What’s App (very convenient way to do customer service, love it) and they were able to help me super quickly. Just told them what had happened and what I needed and in a matter of seconds they resolved it. I can say they take care of their customers as well as the quality of the products.

I sent in a help request to customer service regarding membership and they were very quick to respond and resolve my issue. I really appreciated that because it doesn't happen often anymore. Thank you Dossier!! Hopefully you will ship to Alaska in the future!!

Thank you, Marie! We know how important it is to get quick, helpful support, and we’re so glad we could make it happen for you. And we’re crossing our fingers to be shipping to Alaska soon too!
Quick help with customer service! Which can be a rarity. I actually googled before reaching out and saw nothing but complaints and let me tell you: they are wrong. I asked a simple question regarding my exchange and received not only an answer, but an apology (which wasn’t necessary, but appreciated), a solution going forward, and a shortcut to fix my issue immediately. Doesn’t really get better than that!

I placed a order. Unfortunately they were out of 2 fragrances I really wanted so setled for the Creed Adventus for her dupe. Terrible, smells like my grandmother's house. Also musky guiac and and citrus matcha are far from their originals by le labo!!!! I was surprised by dossier in a very disappointing way. In the past I have loved their fragrances. Even though they were slightly different than the originals, I received a quality product. I reached out and requested a return and didn't hear back. Waited and emailed again. The return portal had not been working when I originally attempted the return. While I understand technical difficulties, this should not come at the customer's expense!! Now they said it's just over 30 days and they are unable to generate a return label. I was very disappointed at Tudors lack of assistance and dossiers failure to stand behind their products.

I ordered 4 perfumes, only liked the scent of two but getting a refund is a farce. I had to really put pressure on them to give one, they say they have now issued one, so I am changing from 1 star to 4. The actual scents are lovely but they need to make the returns more streamlined.
