I order from Dossier frequently. Great products, long lasting, smell great. Love the magnetic top. BUT the best part of the company is their customer service. I deal with them often (I forget to put a code and check out etc. ) I email them they email me right back and fix it. Love the company. I will be a lifelong customer

Bought the baccarat rouge dossier perfume from Walmart and was totally disappointed. The perfume smelled like straight alcohol that went away in minutes, will never purchase again.

Hey William! We’re sorry this experience didn’t live up to your expectations! That initial alcohol scent should disappear quickly, leaving the rich fragrance behind. Could you DM us with more details? We’d love to look into this.
I had trouble pausing my subscription as I couldn’t seem to reset and get access to my account. I got charged a few times when I reached out to either cancel or pause my subscription. This built up to a point where I was frustrated at being charged when I was working to not be. But when I reached out again summarizing my issues over a long period, I was not only refunded, but treated with respect and helped to fix both of my issues of being locked out of my account and being charged unexpectedly and when I tried to cancel. I enjoy the products and the customer service. The help from Lily and the respect and quick solutions, led me to pause my membership as I am not ready to spend money right now, rather than cancelling my membership and not returning to the company. I was ready for Dossier to be soured and not buy from them again, but this experience, despite my frustration at first, has renewed my faith and like of Dossier.

I bought some fragrances on the Black Friday sale with great prices! The shipment took less than a week to arrive! It came in 2 shipments so I emailed the customer service they replied saying another shipment was in transit and sent me another tracking number. The day after the first shipment arrived, the rest of the fragrances were delivered. Great products! The fragrances are amazing and the packaging and bottles super cute. The girl from customer service was really nice and helpful and replied super quick and even after hours. I wanted to aknowledge that!
