I was so excited to receive my Dossier package, but my local post office had issues with my address so unfortunately my package was returned to the sender. Dossier was incredibly understanding and promptly placed me a new order. It is very evident that the company truly values customer satisfaction and will do everything in their power to ensure a positive experience!

Placed my order of 5 fragrances and got super fast shipping. Unfortunately, my local post office lost my package. After reaching out to Dossier customer service and following the necessary instructions provided, I was sent a replacement package with no delay at all. I am very pleased with Dossier and their speedy Customer Service Resolution. Cant’t wait to try my new fragrances!
