Customer service OMG never had this having a trouble Loading the dossier return site I message them in seconds they responded helped me until I figure it out still did not worked she did it for me excellent product and customer service thank you!!!!

Literally responded to my email within seconds. Tudor was able to quickly resolve my address being incorrect with no other direction. Would give six stars if I could!

Lack of Transparency and Disappointing Customer Service I was initially excited to try Dossier’s perfumes, given their reputation for affordable luxury. However, my recent experience has been incredibly disappointing. After receiving my order, I realized that the fragrances weren't a good fit for me. I initiated a return as per their stated policy. Unfortunately, I encountered significant issues with their customer service. Despite following their guidelines, I was denied a refund or exchange. It’s disheartening to see a company with such potential fall short in terms of customer satisfaction. I expected better from a brand that prides itself on its customer-centric approach. It's important to note that purchasing perfume online is inherently a blind purchase, as there's no opportunity for in-store testing. However, Dossier's policy of limiting returns to one per order, regardless of the number of items purchased, seems unreasonable, especially considering the nature of fragrance purchases. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when purchasing from Dossier. Their lack of transparency regarding return policies and poor customer service have left a negative impression.

I want to give Ion praise for helping me out with my lost order. I had sent an E-mail at 9 PM and he understood the urgency and anxiousness I felt over it and responded within 5 MINUTES!!! He was very respectful and got everything taken care and left me with nothing less to worry about. Thank you so much Ion!

Bought a gift online and was charged an additional $4.27 for Dossier+. Didn't order that and have spent way too much time to get a $4.27 refund, but do not like getting screwed and a company which you cannot call when you have issues should not be in business.

I really would rate this a smidge lower, but out of good faith, I went with five (5) stars. Once I was able to contact customer service, they were responsive and quick to help with my returns. The website was having a processing issue, and I could not get WhatsApp to work, so that was extremely frustrating. They should definitely work on their website's UX. But all in all, it was resolved without too much headache.

A close relative recommended dossier.co after their experience with several of their colognes/perfumes so I decided to give them a try. The ease to navigate their site and the prompt, professional service I received by their staff member Helen was fantastic. I have recommended their site to various friends and relatives especially with their Black Friday sale and my overall experience.

I placed an order but forgot to include my apartment number and because of this, they couldn’t deliver it but instead of refunding me or paying to ship it back to me, I was able to get my items delivered to me again for free and Lilly who works at dossier helped me do that. The customer service is amazing and the products are even better so I highly recommend people try out this affordable alternative to luxury perfume!!
