Jordan helped me process my order and exchange. During black friday the request for their customer service were high but Jordan and Mike as well two customer service reps were very helpful in creating invoices and return labels. All through whatsapp. Great company with great staff!

I have been ordering from Dossier for the past few years, not only have I loved practically every one of their scents, but I have experienced unparalleled customer service support. I have messed up on several occasions with inputting the wrong address and they respond quickly and efficiently and solve the problems I created. If anyone is on the fence about ordering from them, please take this as your sign to place the order and try out as many scents as you can. Their prices are great, their impressions scents are exquisite dupes and their customer service is unmatched!

I have a large collection of Dossier perfumes, when I say this is my favorite fragrance brand I truly mean that. I recently placed an order for another haul of perfumes and I had the wrong address. I was assisted by Tudor to change my address, who was quick, helpful, and friendly through and through in changing it. When I say it was corrected in 15 minutes, I mean that. I will continue to shop on Dossier, because I love the products, helpful staff, and usability of their website. Do yourself a favor and pick up a bottle (or 2) of Musky Musk. It is the most subtle and beautiful fragrance I own.

Dossier has an absolute wonderful subscription service and all the products are such great quality, as well as the product is a nice size with stunning minimalistic bottle and packaging. I buy them for both, my husband and I. They are incredible and the scent lingers for the whole day! Bringing in compliment after compliment! They have great costumer service as well. Anytime you need any assistance or have questions their staff if there in a timely manner to help! I highly recommend their products.

Absolutely abhorrent. I went on their website with the intention to purchase one bottle of perfume. I received my order and was somehow unknowingly signed up for their subscription service so after being charged $30 a month for five months, guess what I got out of that subscription fee? ONE more bottle of perfume!??? For that price, I could have purchased a large version of the actual fragrance! Shady business model!

my order was not delivered by carrier and i contacted Dossier and they responded back to me within the hour and had another package shipped to me, i got my package and loved the scents i ordered.
