HICE MI PEDIDO EN LÍNEA Y COMO ANTERIORMENTE LO HABIA HECHO DESDE UN LUGAR DONDE RADICABA, DOSSIER SE EQUIVOCÓ AL HACER EL ENVÍO Y LO MANDÓ A MI DIRECCIÓN ANTERIOR, CUANDO SE LOS HICE SABER ME DIJERON QUE TENIAN QUE "ARREGLAR CON PAQUETERIA" OBVIAMENTE NO ARREGLARON NADA Y SOLO ESPERARON A QUE EL PAQUETE SE LES DEVOLVIERA. POSTERIORMENTE ME OFRECIERON SEGUN REEMBOLSO O REENVIO DEL PAQUETE QUE YA SE LES HABIA DEVUELTO Y YO TONTAMENTE PEDI REENVIO Y ME DIJERON QUE ALGUNOS PERFUMES YA NO ESTABAN EN EXISTENCIAS (ESTO ERA ILÓGICO PORQUE SE SUPONE QUE EL PEDIDO SE DEVOLVIÓ CERRADO). AL CUESTIONARLOS SOBRE LAS EXISTENCIAS ME DIJERON QUE SIEMPRE SI TENIAN Y QUE ME LOS IBAN A MANDAR. ESO FUE HACE 6 DIAS, DESDE ESE DÍA NO CONTESTAN LOS CORREOS Y MI PEDIDO FUE HECHO DESDE EL BUEN FIN CON UN PAGO DE MAS DE 3MIL PESOS!!!! NO PIERDAN SU DINERO CON ESTA EMPRESA.

I made a mistake when entering my shipping address, and customer service responded swiftly to my request to correct my address! I have extremely sensitive skin and Dossier’s fragrances is the only brand that doesn’t irritate my skin! The scents last all day and smell amazing!

The company has great customer service. Recently Alexandru helped me out immediately when one package of mine got lost in the way. There was no unnecessary questioning or delay. I have literally bought all the perfumes available in Dossier over the course of 2 years. Recommend 100% . Rishika
