Scammers
Scammers. They charged my card even as a guest 4 more times. I called the bank and they have to file a dispute but cant cancel them as a mercant against my card. Apparently Visa provides Merchants with the ability to simply be valid on a new Visa card.

Hice un pedido desde el 29 de noviembre.. Desesperada porque ya voy a viajar y no llegaron los perfumes... Las opiniones siempre fueron buenas.. no tengo correo conde confirmen cuando llegarán... Al principio si me contestaron el correo... Ahora ya ni caso hacen... Quiero comprar otros perfumes pero no sé si confiar

Awful
Awful, they precheck an auto subscription for you when you are checking out and will continue to bill you. Make it difficult to refund you. They use AI to argue with you, I had to call my bank and issue a new card. Will never order from them again. I was a returning customer, never again

NO HACEN REEMBOLSOS
Todo iba bien hasta que decidí hacer una devolución, se venden como que hacen reembolsos pero es mentira!!!! No son capaces ni de contestar correos, ni comentarios y mucho menos de dar una solución!!! PESIMO SERVICIO! NO VUELVO A COMPRAR Y MENOS A RECOMENDARLOS

Se demora demasiado el envío
Llevo alrededor de casi medio mes esperando aunque sea el correo de envío y nadamas no me han mandado nada al igual que en el mail no me contestan
