In addition to my order total, I was charged for a "Dossier Plus" membership trial for which I did not sign up. I requested a credit, and after much back and forth and many excuses they refused to do so.

Emailing with Helen and Mike was very easy and the reply back was prompt. The customer service was excellent. I would continue to shop with Dossier because I have confidence that any issue would be resolved quickly.

EDIT: Thank you Dossier for your response and for making this right! After I emailed again, they refunded the extra charge. I appreciate it and will continue to purchase (thank goodness, because some of my absolute favorite scents are from Dossier Originals). Thank you again! I absolutely love Dossier- this time around I purchased a big order during a sale. All but 2 of my 9 scents were great. I needed to exchange the two. The exchange wouldn't process online so a very helpful dossier customer service agent helped me. Unfortunately, even though I was exchanging for fragrances that were the exact same price, I had to pay the difference as if they were full price. So I exchanged 2 bottles but had to pay almost 30 bucks to have them sent out- as I got an email stating that I had a balance that needed to be paid before they would approve my exchange. I understand this is probably to prevent people from taking advantage of sales, but when I started the exchange process, the sale was still going. Wish I didn't have to pay that much for exchanges. Makes me worried about how often I blind buy. Glad I normally have good luck with what I purchase, but this "exchange" left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth.

My order was wrong and they ultimately took care of it and are shipping out my correct scent and not having me return the wrong one BUT it took a week to get the correct perfume sent out to me. I am still happy!

Completely horrible customer service Returns are an absolute fraud. After purchasing a few fragrances to try and wanted to return the ones I didn’t like but was unable to get a return label even after MULTIPLE emails. The website just freezes when completing the return form and got a generic email back from Dossier/ a bot without a return label or real reply after MULTIPLE emails back and forth. Terrible experience and IMPOSSIBLE to get any type of reply other than BOT generic responses... Will never order again if this issue is not resolved.
