We get it, Rafaela! Sometimes, scents have their own mind, right? Longevity can be a little picky with skin and surroundings. Let us know if you want any tips for making it stick longer!

That’s the kind of love we aim for, Shelley! We’re so glad we could sort out the atomizer hiccup quickly. Thanks for spreading the Dossier love—you’re the real MVP!
First off they have a wide selection for a fraction of the cost of these other perfumes. The site is easy to navigate and I love being able to read reviews of others to help finalize my decisions. On top of the good prices I got a discount ! My order came messed up but they fixed the situation and I was able to get my selected scent before Christmas even! Dossier had been good to me many times would recommend!

We love YOU!!! Thanks for being part of our Dossier fam!
I've purchased probably a dozen perfumes from Dossier, for myself and for gifts to my loved ones. Sorin helped me with a refund and was very helpful in getting me updates. I recommend these perfumes to all of my friends and people who recognize the scents.

A dozen Dossier gems? You’re officially fragrance royalty! Thanks for sharing the love with your friends and fam—we’re lucky to have you, Marisol.
I’ve always been a loyal customer of Dossier, but my recent experience has been incredibly disappointing. I placed a large order during Black Friday, which took several weeks to arrive, and while I understood the delay, there were multiple issues that have left me frustrated. First, I noticed an unexpected $4.19 charge and discovered I had been enrolled in the Dossier Plus membership, which I never agreed to. I canceled the membership immediately, but I was informed that I wouldn’t be refunded the charge. Upon receiving my order, two of the perfume bottles were leaking. I tried to resolve this through customer service chat, but it was nonfunctional, and the exchange process wasn’t working either. I was forced to email, which resulted in slow response times, taking several days between each message. Unfortunately, it seems I won’t receive the replacement items in time for Christmas. I’m very disappointed with the service this year and, as a result, I will not be placing another order in the future.

I just received my 5 fragrances and have tried all of them. I am impressed at the scents and the longevity of them - they don't fade away quickly and are not overpowering. The reason I felt I wanted to try so many is the return policy offered. I hate wasting product so for me it was worth trying and I liked them all so much I won't be returning. But nice to know it is an option. I ordered Woody oakmoss, Ambery Saffron, Woody Sandalwood, Fruity brown sugar, and Floral grapefruit. My two favourites are Ambery Saffron and Floral Grapefruit but they are all good. I have even enjoyed experimenting layering them with success. Love the simple bottles with magnetic lids. Thanks for such a great product and I will order again. Regards, Michelle van den Broek
