Ordered a product got billing address correct but shipping was wrong. Ended with 9 instead of 0. The address ending in 9 does not exist. It wasn’t delivered. No help. When I email help desk I got a text from Philippines which represented themselves as USPS and want CC info to redelivered. Finally was charged membership fee and delivery insurance which do nothing. Scam scam scam

Woody chestnut smell like MM by the fireplace, longevity, sillage and performance same. Would like to try jazz club and some others but wary as other experience is variable

Dossier has made multiple unauthorized charges to my account. I didn't realize how many they had made so was unable to file claims for multiple of them and lost significant money. Perfume smells good, but be very careful if buying from them.

Beware of unauthorized charges! Dossier added a ‘Year+ Subscription’ to my order without me selecting it. I only realized this when I saw the charge. I emailed their customer service multiple times to resolve the issue, but I received no response. After looking online, I found that many others have experienced the same problem. It’s extremely frustrating and feels dishonest. Be careful when ordering, and double check everything before completing your purchase!

I received my order on the arrival date as expected. Beautiful packaging. It smelled so good, so yummy. Really loved the diffuser also. It gave my bathroom life. Unfortunately, I had to cancel because I couldn't afford a subscription due to other unexpected expenses. I must say which is very, very important. The CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS IMPECCABLE. Took care of my request in under 15 minutes. If it wasn't for my unexpected expenses, I would definitely continue to be a subscribed member. Thank you Dossier for making my first experience a great, simple and memorable one.
