The Fragrances I got were perfect and long lasting. I had one of them broken when it arrived and they sent me a repalcement with in days. great customer service

I have been trying to cancel my subscription. They sent me a link that does not work. This not a game I need my money I cannot afford you people going into my account when keep sending emails and no one will help. I may have ask my bank to block you or find some legal process

Disingenuous! Casual Responses here from Dossier as if a refund for my first month of “membership” is coming - NOPE. Don’t buy it - this company appears only about getting your $ for nothing.

This company took advantage and put me on a recruiting payment of $42.25 a month which I was unaware that this was gonna happen So be careful and aware of this company There is no phone number to contact our representative to discuss anything on the account. And the product is not amazing as everybody thinks it is. Sonia

Happy and Satisfied All three scents I purchased are amazing and for the price even better , I purchased the woody chestnut (Maison margielas fire place ) , fruity almond (Carolina Herrera good girl )and floral grapefruit (Chanel chance eau tendre ) they all smell like the original to me . Will be buying much more 👍. Thank you .

Wonderful customer service and great products! I have my staples that I’ve ordered from here for years and always throw in a few new ones to test out. Don’t always end up being the right fit and customer services has been great with returns.

My order was stolen from my apartment building’s mailroom and the staff at Dossier was able to help in a timely manner despite the holiday rush. They sent me a second order to my work address (somewhere I know will have secure delivery) for free.
