I've used Dossier a few times before with no issues I liked the scents etc. however they just created Dossier+ where you earn points and it charges you a monthly fee. I would have never signed up for this voluntarily but after my last purchase I was signed up. Companies who do this are taking advantage of the people. When I reached out to cancel and get a refund because I didn't want the service I was ignored. Clearly they are looking for ways to get more money from you. Beware

I had issues with shipping and was pretty upset about losing my entire package. The post office wasn’t much help. I emailed Dossier customer service and got a response quickly. They replaced my entire order and were extremely helpful. Thank you!!

I made a purchase right before Christmas for a gift for my wife. A one time purchase. Come to find out in January that they signed me up for their monthly subscription without my knowledge or consent. My credit card was charged and I didn’t even have a profile with them, which is to say, they didn’t have any of my information on file other than cc and email. I had to dispute the charge as Dossier was of no help whatsoever and all I got was auto-generated emails. Do not buy anything from Dossier because they are shady and will charge your credit card without your knowledge or consent.

I actually won a bottle through Tic tok Miss Morris said how great Dossier is. I received Ambery Vanilla and am totally hooked. I wore half Ambery Vanilla and half Black Opium no one could tell the difference and liked the Dossier scent more. The bottle is great no fumbling around the lid is magnetic so easy to get lid on.

My refund was delayed due to what seems to be USPS error. I contacted Dossier help team regarding the matter and they processed my refund immediately just after sending them shipping label and receipt from USPS. Great customer service.

I bought the Aromatic pineapple, and the Citrus Ginger. First of all the bottling is surprisingly well done, it has magnetic cap which is a very nice touch, and everything is sealed up nicely. As for the scents, both smell very genuine and not synthetic, the aromatic pineapple (YSL Y clone) is a sweet and intoxicating experience, and is very close if not nearly identical to the original. The citrus ginger (Bleu de chanel clone) is fantastic as well, with a genuine flavour profile that once again smells much like the original. The scents hold up pretty good in terms of performance, and will easily last many hours. As for shipping, in my experience my bottles were shipped very quick, and there was no issue with any communication either. I can safely say I am very much impressed overall

The customer service is impeccable. I contacted them for a problem with the delivery and everything was resolved in less than a day. Incredible! I will do business with them for a long time!
