I have ordered a few different fragrances from Dossier for both my husband and myself and we have loved each of them! Additionally, their customer service is excellent! I'll be ordering again for sure!

I sent a request, they responded extremely quickly and they provided screenshots to help me with future orders. The product is already great, knowing that the customer service is exceptional, Dossier has secured a customer for life.

Extremely disappointed in the response from Dossier. After placing an order on December 6th, I was assured that the order was not going to go out through Canada Post (as they were on strike). They said they used an alternate Carrier called Passport. I expressed my concerns that if the perfume was left in the cold or in a truck or warehouse it would compromise the integrity of the perfume. That was never addressed. I received Canada Post tracking information from Dossier, and when I again asked if they utilized Canada Post, I was told they did not. I have contacted them four times, and their most recent response has been "good news! Canada Post isn't on strike anymore". Not only is that disrespectful to the workers who were ordered back to work, but it did not address my concerns or the fact that I paid extra for their shipping guarentee that states if you haven't received updated tracking information for more than 10 days, they will assist. They have been very dismissive, and now not only will my order likely not make it before Christmas - but it is likely ruined due to improper storage for 12+ days. I am extremely unsatisfied with how they have handled this situation as I was lied to and dismissed. This could have easily been rectified had they not lied. I also feel that after sending 5 emails back and forth - with their response rate being 24 hours + - I have given them ample opportunity to come up with a solution/resolution, but they do not show any genuine concern with customer satisfaction or transparency/honesty in their business. As of todays date, December 18th, tracking shows that it is being processed at a Canada Post warehouse.

Easy to get issue resolved and quickly. Package was lost or stolen in mail and since I had the shipping protection Dossier made it really easy to get a replacement mailed out. Worked with Andrew and he was really quick to email me back.
