I contacted Dossier via their website in which they responded in the quickest time possible, within 5mins of me submitting my enquiry! They answered my enquiry quick smart. The products are amazing. I’m loving the perfumes especially: Fruity Brown Sugar, Gourmand White Flowers and Fruity Almond in which I got compliments for! I think it smells better than the original and it lasts for a few hours. I wish there was a way to sample them before committing to buying the other fragrances.

Horrible experience. They sign you up for a monthly fee without it being obvious that they have done so. The broken checkout system to then cash-out the credit you have accumulated then charges you full price. Technically incompetent and scummy company. Do not support them.

I would love to give a 10 star review, this team is amazing, I wasn’t able to get my return it was lost and they found a way to help me. Plus the perfumes smells great.

Realised that I placed the wrong address on my orders but it was very quickly rectified. Very impressed with the efficiency of the support team.

I received my fragrances so quick. The smalls of each fragrance is just delicious. I love them. Only thing that upset me was one of the fragrances arrived shattered in the box. I reached out to Dossier and they help me out less then 24 hours and sent me a new order. I will recommend 1000%

I am absolutely disappointed how it went from getting a good dupe to me paying for a membership I didn't know I signed up for. I contacted customer service twice and they never got back to me. I ordered with apple pay and now they take $40 out of my account every month.

The smell of colognes disappears very quickly and stays for two hours!!! I order 11 perfumes but receivef just 9 !!
