I had an excellent experience with this fragrance company! Their customer service was incredibly quick, respectful, and professional. My questions were answered promptly and clearly, with everything explained in a way that was easy to understand. It’s rare to find such responsive and courteous support these days. I truly appreciated how smooth and stress-free the entire process was. Highly recommend!

Love the care I received after my mailman put the package in the wrong mailbox and my neighbor never returned my package to me. While this is really disheartening and frustrating , I was in good hands with Dossier. I’ve been a customer many years .
