Just received my perfumes, and absolutely happy with them!! Very easy and quick delivery process, and the customer service is friendly as well. Although some may argue about packing being wasteful, but individual packaging yet simple and clean made the opening experience seem more like a high end product without any high end price tags!! Love the quality of all perfumes and the packing of the bottles, and looking forward to buy more perfumes from now on!!

Wonderful experience!! My order got lost during delivery and Dossier immediately answered my email and offered a replacement or refund. They were kind and very helpful.

Its pure scam in Europe. They says delivery takes 2-5 bussines days. Mine is over 14 days. The shipping just get stuck in first phases. They just creating bullshit storys and keep asking me to wait. While obviuosly no package was sent in first place. I know this because i have used xxx times all europe courier. And never seen “theirs” used courier. They deny refund, they deny replacment. And even telling me off , of using paypal claim. Which is red flag at least. I dont know how in USA , but AVOID THEM IN EUROPE.

I enjoy using Dossier products. They smell great, have good longevity and a great price. I recently placed an order of 5 fragrances and was expecting to get another one free as part of a promotion. The free one did not arrive with the order and when queried, I was told by customer service I had not manually added the free one at check out. I had done so but it was not on the order confirmation so there must have been a problem with the website. Regardless of this I qualified for the promo and was expecting my free perfume. I was told I could only have the free one if I placed another order! I clearly didn’t need any more as I’d just bought 5 of them! After going back and forth via email for a while they eventually agreed to send me the free perfume without placing another order. So the final outcome was positive but it should have been offered straight away under the circumstances.
