I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address and they changed it for me at the last minute.

Es la segunda vez que compro en Dossier y de verdad no me defraudan nunca, tuve un tema de extravío por parte de paquetería y el equipo de Dossier estuvieron en constante comunicación conmigo resolviendo este inconveniente. Me ayudaron muchisimo y por fin recibi mi producto nuevamente. Las tres fragancia que compre huelen delicioso, en definitiva seguiré comprando aquí.

Alles top. Die Lieferung kam schnell an, der Kundenservice war sehr zügig und freundlich. Der Support antwortet auf Englisch, man selbst kann aber deutsch schreiben. Alles in allem sehr zufrieden, die Düfte waren auch gut und ich werde sicher erneut bestellen!!

I was unsure about this company before but decided to try out the woody sandalwood scent, once I got it I loved it! Once that ran out I decided to try out some different scents and order three off of their popular scents list. I received the order and one of three bottles was broken. I sent an email and got a very quick reply. They sent a replacement bottle same day. Love the scents and the price is unbeatable. Never paying for brand name cologne again.
