I ordered in Europe and received my order quickly. I didn't like 2 of the perfumes so I wanted to send them back but they had an issue with their return label software so I got the money back and they told me to keep the perfumes as a gift! :) They were very nice, responded super quickly and were very kind. I actually love 3 of my Dossier perfumes, the 2 I wanted to send back were also good but just not my taste. I recommend Dossier.eu

Everything ive ordered has been fantastic, and even had an order incorrectly delivered due to no fault of the company and when I emailed them about it they rushed to have the order redelivered. Don't think I'll ever buy cologne from anywhere else again.

Muy buena a fragancias!!! Unas con mejor duración que otras, lo mismo con su proyección, tengo algunos de estos perfumes en original y hay ciertos perfumes que son casi identicos

I love fragrances and have acquired quite a collection over the years. I have found most of Dossier’s products well made and very close dupes, sometimes unrecognizable from the originals. Recently, I had an issue with delivery that was promptly solved by the support team. They replied immediately and helped re-send my package. I recommend this company. I only wish they would also sell home fragrances.

I wear Ambery Saffron and I have never received more compliments in my life! Now, I have perfume by Prada, Chanel, Tom Ford and others and have yet get as many compliments as I do when wearing Ambery Saffron. Do yourself a favor and get it!

I was having problems while trying to exchange some perfume that I purchased because the website kept giving me an error when I would get to the section to actually complete the exchange. I then could not complete it within the return time frame so I reached out to support and they have been amazing! Everything has been so easy! They emailed me immediately and have been on top of it. They processed everything for me and sent me a return label right away. Thank you Ioana and Mike for everything! You guys are amazing! This is why I purchase all of my scents through Dossier. It’s so easy they are amazing and I smell divine lol ♥️ thank you!

I used to love Dossier but after an error on the websites part I was charged for a membership I did NOT sign up for. Conveniently, its "non refundable" but if it was added due to website error why would you not want to refund (especially to keep a customer that has purchased for years)? Canceled my entire $100+ order.
