Os perfumes são bons mesmo!!!! Demora demais o desembaraço no Brasil, o que não tem nada a ver com o vendedor.

É verdade, Júnia, o cheirinho bom compensa a espera! Que bom saber que curtiu, mesmo com o corre do frete. Obrigado por entender; estamos sempre aqui pro que precisar!
The experiance with Customer Support has been fantastic. Unfortunately my first order didn't reach me, so I was sent a replacement that also didn't reach me, so after that I received full refund. I'm dissapointed I wasn't able to try their product. But Customer support exceeded all my expectations, the response time was super quick and they were able to sort the issue the best way they could. I'll definitely give it a try once again some time later as the possible issue with delivery to North of Europe will be sorted out.

Whew, Anita; what a journey! Even though your scent never made it to you (twice!), we’re so glad our support team could turn the plot twist into a happy-ish ending. Big thanks for your patience and for giving us a second shot down the line. Until next time!
Great and quick communication! Well-treating service, very excited to get my parfumes!

Violetta, we're so happy to hear everything went smoothly and that you're excited for your perfumes! Our team’s always here to help, and we can’t wait for you to dive nose-first into those new scents!
I was very skeptical of this company. My concern was that the product wouldn’t be as described. WRONG!! Happily wrong! The product was IDENTICAL to what I wanted!! There’s not a single thing I could write here that isn’t perfect. The box is cool! The bottle is classy!!!!!! Awesome presentation! The customer service was amazing! I sent an email to Customer Service and they answered me immediately. If you’re worried. If you’re on the fence. If you’re like me and have trouble believing sites. RELAX! This company is genuine, and the Powdery Tobacco I ordered is AMAZING. I’m praying this nice reviews doesn’t make them raise the price, as the prices are good too.

Not every scent hits the right note, but hey, Sabrina, we’re glad the return was smoother than a fresh spritz of our best-seller!
