There. Pieces missing and had a contractor to put it together. Two weeks and no replacement parts, pictures have been sent. I am not satisfied with the service. Clarence Trudo

We understand your disappointment — waiting two weeks for parts with no resolution is unacceptable. We have reviewed the records from our after-sales service team regarding your case. The reason for the delay in the parts was that we were unable to find out the specific part number you needed just according to the pics you sent. However, from the latest email, our after-sales team has now figured outthe part number and quantity you require and has sent you a new email. Pls help confirm the quantity of the small parts(Y1 parts) and the number of screws you need:) Domi Team
