Not happy. I placed the order on September 13th. Part shipped 7 days later on September 20th. I have the tracking number but no delivery still.

A litle delayed from item backup order, but the product is good. I have installed and it worked good. I recommended to others if they want to look for a similarly item.

I ordered an obsolete (120 V) heating element that they didn't have in stock. So Direct Brand ordered it from their supplier and sent it to me ASAP for the same price. Before that, I tried to order that rare part from other suppliers who canceled my order even though that item was listed on their website. So, yes, I am satisfied with Direct Brand.

They had the part I needed at a much lower price than I found on other sites, shipped the next day.

The lady that helped me was very helpful and made sure we received our part the next day. This is my go to place when I need parts.
