The online experience, of buying the certificate, was fine. When the validation step came along it was not as streamlined, and only when I got to work with Jennifer Esterhuizen things got sorted, validation was made professionally and I got the token very fast

Absolutely horrible experience. These idiots don’t acknowledge a DBA from the Texas Secretary of State website, then they play games blocking our ip from their site.
