Digicert will not refund the money they took on our debit card - now radio silence - but now they did process it
For many years we bought an ssl certificate from Digicert. We used to pay for each cert when we bought it. This year they introduced a subscription model so that they take the money first and then see if you want the certificate. Due to other changes we did not need the certificate, so I was told "You should be able to cancel your subscription and receive a refund". I did this but I have never received a refund. Any emails I send are left unanswered. Total radio silence from them. Update a few months later: they did process my refund nicely. It just took them a very looooong time. (Thanks Maria!) Upgrading from one to four star.
