except for warranty the fact had no freon but the unit works great

So far so good. I put in a 36K Della Dual Zone mini split and its running great so far. Quality seems very good on the outdoor and indoor units. Wifi control using smart phone is wonderful. Easier than the remote? ha ha

Products are great so far. Fairly easy to install, and ordering the right set up was easy. Shipping time was longer than estimated which is why I rated a 4 star instead of 5. If the shipping process was better I would have given it 5 stars.

Units were delivered quickly and packaged well. Calls to tech support, when needed, were answered promptly and issues resolved without hassles. I could have bought smaller BTU units, as they are more than adequate for the square footage advertised. It's 95 out right now and I can keep my rooms at 68!

This is my 2 nd split. My first one was purchased third party . If you really wanting something like this, which they are a good company go directly through them Customer Service was top notch
