WattHackerWattHacker helps homeowners see whether their solar is still working, and what to do with the power it makes.A small plug-and-play monitor connects to your SunPower PVS5 or PVS6 gateway, or your Enphase system, near your electrical panel. It only reads data. It never touches your panels or inverters, so it doesn't affect your warranty. Many SunPower owners lost their monitoring when SunPower went bankrupt in 2024, and WattHacker restores it.You see every panel, updated every 15 minutes, with a plain verdict when you open the app: working, or not. When a panel drops, we tell you within days, in dollars, instead of you finding out on the true-up bill. A shade analyzer shows what shade costs you on each roof face, and degradation tracking catches a panel that is slowly fading. Your data is never sold, and you can export it anytime, on any plan.We don't make or sell panels, inverters, or batteries, so we have nothing to protect. The bigger goal is to help homeowners use their own solar data to make good electrification choices, like heat pumps, water heaters, and EV charging.Every first order has a 30-day money-back guarantee. I’m very pleased overall. I had an issue with the first monitor and the owner reached out about the issue I was having before I noticed the issue. He sent me a new monitor and it’s been working great. Customer service alone is worth a 5-star review. I came across this product while doing a google a search and I’m very pleased overall with it.

Tony was an incredible resource as we navigated our home electrification project. There were a lot of moving parts and decisions to make, and he helped us understand our options in a way that was clear and easy to follow. He took the time to explore cost-saving solutions while also keeping energy efficiency and environmentally friendly choices in mind. An added bonus has been WattHacker.com, which gives us a way to monitor our solar system, better understand its performance and efficiency, and identify opportunities to maximize our energy savings. It's great to have that kind of visibility into how our system is working. We really appreciated Tony’s knowledge, patience, and thoughtful approach. He made what could have been an overwhelming process feel much more manageable. We're so grateful for his guidance and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to make their home more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly!

WattHacker founder, Tony, is personally engaged with the product, its development, its improvement and its fine tuning for your specific application. He understands solar, home electrification, energy storage and savings strategies, and can help you utilize your system data derived with the WattHacker device for improved performance and upgrade planning. The device is a great way for me to now have insights into my system after SunPower went away, and I was left with no data or expensive month-to-month charge options to see my own data, on my own system. I find the current devise system configuration and the tools extremely useful, easy to install and use. I am looking forward to using and giving feedback on the system and its capabilities to enhance performance and visibility into my home solar system.
