Even though Della has a 30 day return window they were willing to work with me since the HVAC installer I was using wasn't able to get to our home within the 30 days. I very much appreciate the flexibility and good customer service I received over the phone today from Elizabeth. Thank you.

I ordered a mini split on Amazon and could not make it work so I called and left a voicemail and got a return call from Hector who walked me through some trouble shooting and came to the conclusion the compressor was bad he worked up a warranty claim and sent out a replacement. Top notch customer service thank you Hector!

I contacted Customer Support to order a replacement cross fan for my Della mini-split. My call was answered promptly by Nicole. She located the part & set it up for shipping.

I purchased the 65" Arched Modern Fluted Sideboard Buffet Cabinet. Overall, I am pleased with the cabinet’s craftsmanship and general quality. The materials, construction, and overall appearance seem excellent. However, after assembling the cabinet, I noticed a gap of approximately half an inch between the cabinet doors when closed. This detracts from the finished appearance and suggests an issue with the door alignment or fit. Aside from this issue, I am satisfied with the cabinet’s overall quality. Therefore, I would rate the product 4 out of 5 stars, as the door gap is a noticeable flaw in an otherwise well-crafted piece of furniture.
