We order a Dela two head mini split. Install was straight forward and they work great. We had a hiccup with a remote not connecting, but their customer service call line was quick to get a new remote delivered.

We had an issue with the interior unit condensation and the customer service team (Hector) was amazing to help troubleshoot and ultimately replace the faulty parts. The design and the overall satisfaction of the minisplit is excellent. Thanks for backing up your products.

I like the quietness of the units. Very silent. The efficiency is amazing. The heating is great in our Pennsylvania climate!! Well done Della

I had ordered window air conditioners thru Walmart in March 2025. I opened one air conditioner in June 2025 and realized that the air conditioner would not fit in the window opening. I called customer service to inquire about returning the air conditioners. Due to the order being over 30-days old, the customer representative advised me that the air conditioners could not retuned but offered me a partial refund. This was much appreciated.

The ease at which the units can be installed. And how well they work. I now have 3 units.
