My units arrived very quickly! However, my outdoor unit had some damage (box had some issues) it weighs 70 pounds so not sure where the damage started. I called the company and they were awesome to work with. I had a replacement unit within just a few days! Love the customer service side. I am in the process of installing the unit so I can’t comment on that right now.
