Terrible Customer Service and Plans designed to get you trapped with pricing with no communication

Databox seemed like the solution, but it is terrible. We have been trying to configure it for over a year, but it breaks constantly. If you get a call with tech support, prepare to speak to someone with a limited command of the English language who will more or less read you the FAQ. There is no support for actual issues and the data connections fail constantly. It would be more efficient for me to manually pull data from sources.

Databox provided me with no customer support by phone, poor and untimely support via e-mail, charged me an arm and a leg for using their service, auto-renewed my account after 6 months of inactivity, and would not provide a full or prorated refund when I contacted them. As things stand now, I have paid Databox $1,910 to use their "free" plan through March of 2027 and am not entitled to any full or prorated refund. Unfair and shady business practices, in my opinion, by Databox and not in line with how other subscription based companies operate.

I spent a significant amount of time and money with this company and was never able to get anything usable out of the platform. The technology was clunky, unintuitive, and consistently buggy. Customer support was unhelpful and their billing and refund policies made things worse—hard to navigate and unfair in practice. I ended up switching to Google Data Studio, which is free and far more reliable. Lesson learned.

this company is missleading me to subscribe their service for couple months, i never used any service in the period, and they still charging me, and rejected the refund.

Horrible customer service and billing. They ended up trying to steal my money. They sold me on things they didn’t have and won’t refund my Money. Go with another provider

Dogshit customer service. Cancelled last day of subscription and they billed me for another month. Went into call and they said "nothing we could do, you just gotta pay for another month" eventhough i didnt use it and didnt want to use it for another month.

Terrible service and program. Overpaying massively for a program, that doesn't deliver and doesn't work intuitively. When asking customer service for a refund, they don't reply. When asking them to pause your membership, same deal. So I just wasted +1000 USD on this.
