They are quick to respond and super flexible about our changes order to order as we figure out our 3 pets food needs.

The quality of the food is consistently very high. The meat is sourced from pasture-raised animals and there are no unnecessary ingredients in this food. Ordering is so easy and so long as you have space for 20 lbs of frozen food, this system works well. The packaging is very user-friendly. I order the turkey for my cats -- they absolutely love it!
