Hi Raymond, Thank you for your feedback! We're thrilled to hear that you've had a positive experience with Darwin's. We appreciate your support and are grateful for the opportunity to help keep your pets happy and healthy. Thank you for being part of the Darwin's family!
I’ve been feeding my Golden Retrievers Darwin’s for almost 2 decades. Their food has been keeping my dogs, past and present, healthy for many, many years. It is an investment in my dogs, which is an investment in my life! I like that it’s freshly made just before shipping, and shipping and delivery are always on time. Any subscription changes can be made through great customer service if not online. My one suggestion would be to make the online account access more intuitive, less cumbersome and offer the ability to confirm the changes I’ve made in the food subscription order.

Hello Anocha, Thank you for your incredible loyalty and support over the past two decades! We're honored to have been a part of keeping your Golden Retrievers healthy and thriving through the years. Knowing that you view their nutrition as an investment in their health and happiness means so much to us. We're also delighted to hear that you've had positive experiences with our fresh food, reliable deliveries, and customer service team. We work hard to make both the food and the overall experience as seamless as possible. We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the online account experience. Making subscription management more intuitive and providing confirmation of account changes are excellent suggestions, and we'll be sure to share them with our team for consideration. Feedback like yours helps us continue improving our services. Thank you again for being such a valued member of the Darwin's family. We look forward to helping keep your Goldens healthy for many more years to come!
Everything's fine. Just wish you'd take back my old styrofoam containers.

Hi Matt, Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear everything has been going well with your orders. We apologize that GLS is unable to take back Styrofoam containers during deliveries. If you'd like to recycle them, Styro Recycle is conveniently located about 15 minutes away from your home. Thank you for being a valued member of the Darwin's family!
The raw food itself is great. The packaging is garbage. I'm going to keep making this same reivew until sometthing changes. I have made several like it. Everything is just tossed into a box, left to shuffle around, frozen, so when they defrost, there are holes in the plastic and it makes for a huge mess. Not to mention, it oxidizes since there are holes. WORK ON THE PACKING OF YOUR BOXES!!!

Melissa, Thank you for your honest feedback. We're glad to hear that you are happy with the food itself, but we're very sorry about the condition of your shipments when they arrive. We understand how frustrating it is to receive packages with punctured packaging, especially when it creates a mess and raises concerns about the freshness of the food. Your comments have been shared with our operations team, as we take this type of feedback seriously. We appreciate you continuing to bring this issue to our attention, and we're sorry that your experience has not met the standards we strive to provide. Thank you for being a loyal customer and for taking the time to share your concerns with us.
We are year’s long customers. All continues to go very well except in the area of price. I think there have been 3 price increases in the past year or so. I fear you’re going to price yourself out of the market, or at least our person market.

Debora, Thank you for being a loyal Darwin’s customer for so many years. We’re delighted to hear that the quality of our food and our delivery service have continued to meet your expectations. We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding pricing. We understand that price increases can be frustrating, and we never take those concerns lightly. As costs associated with sourcing high-quality ingredients, manufacturing, and shipping have changed, we've worked hard to balance those increases while continuing to provide the quality and safety standards our customers expect. We truly value your support and appreciate you sharing your perspective. Thank you for being part of the Darwin’s family, and we hope to continue serving you and your pet for many years to come.
i was credited for food that arrived thawed out. this has happened so many times that i needed to find another raw food company. i've been with Darwin for 10+ years i just wish the delivery was better and cost more affordable

Carol, Thank you for your feedback and for being part of the Darwin's family for more than 10 years. We're truly sorry to hear that you've experienced multiple deliveries arriving thawed. While we're glad our customer service team was able to provide credits when issues occurred, we completely understand how frustrating it is to deal with the same problem repeatedly. We especially appreciate your loyalty over the years and are disappointed to hear that these shipping challenges, along with the cost, have led you to seek another option. Feedback like yours is important, and we'll be sure to share your concerns with the appropriate teams. Thank you for trusting us with your pets' nutrition for so many years, and we sincerely wish you and your furry family all the best.
Everything has been great, the products are awesome and my cat loves them. It would be 5 stars, but my last order arrived very late (stuck in transit) and all of the product was expires/ruined

We're very sorry, however, to hear that your last order was delayed in transit and arrived spoiled. That's certainly not the experience we want for our customers or their pets. We understand how frustrating that must have been, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We value your support and hope we'll have the opportunity to provide you with the five-star experience you and your cat deserve moving forward.
Great food, great delivery. The only complaint is not receiving an email to alert us to the delivery.
