Very sorry for the rating. I'm running out of food though. I placed an order on 10/14 and never heard any notification of shipment. Nine days and I may have to go back to making my own dog food until Darwin catches up! Other than that Mimsy loves it, it's convenient, and we're happy. Other than that.

I’ve already left this feedback when I canceled my subscription, but since I was invited to leave feedback again I will. My dog started puking and becoming extremely ill because of this food. He has been on it for 5-6 years. I wanted to believe all the FDA stuff was bogus, that you all weren’t actually spraying cleaning solution around open food, or doing things to put my dog at risk. I was wrong. You’ve lost my trust. My dog was extremely ill because of the joint formula. I was never offered a refund.. just free food… that I obviously am not comfortable feeding my dog. I was kind to the representative on the phone because it’s not her fault. And then just went in and canceled my subscription after the call. I am very disappointed with how you all handle things. It’s insane to rely on customers saying their pets are ill to do something. And I was told I was the only one having an issue with that lot number so far.. so I’m sure no other customers with that lot number were contacted. Wild. Take a page out of raised rights book.. batch test the food and then don’t ship it until you have results to ENSURE no animals get sick…

Order was supposed to have been received on Wednesday, October 7th and was not received until Monday, October 12. Needless to say the food was spoiled and UPS had let it set in their Jacksonville center undelivered. This is unacceptable and while Darwin’s is replacing the food, there should have been no reason for this delay as delivery was expected 48 hours before the hurricane was to make landfall. Very disappointed as this is not first time it has been late.

I have been feeding my 14 year old hound darwins for over ten years. A couple of weeks ago she had a terrible case of diarrhea. I fed her boiled chicken and rice until she seemed better. I then tried a half a package of Darwins. Again diarrhea all over the house. I called customer service and they said they did have a problem and would send a refund. I asked for someone in management to call me. No one has called but I did get a refund of $19.68??

Was not contacted when to expect delivery and product just left outside. The packaging for the frozen product was poor

Once again I received open box and thawing meat.

I see that you emailed customer service, and they are working with you on the damage to your box and replacing the food. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Product was thawed by the time it was delivered. Not a “ good thing ” for raw food.

I’m not getting any customer help. I did not sign up for this. I only did trial. Stop sending me it. My dogs hate it
