All homes need a little work before going on the market, but the traditional improvement process is slow, unreliable, and risky when a sale is on the line. Curbio offers a better way. Curbio is the full-service, pre-listing home improvement partner for real estate agents and their clients. As a licensed and insured general contractor, we specialize in the smart updates that help homes sell faster and for more — repairs, paint, flooring, and kitchen and bath refreshes. We're the one call that does it all: free estimates, quality materials, design assistance, and full-service project management, with a dedicated project manager keeping every project on time and on budget. Flexible payment options included. Curbio takes the stress out of getting any home market-ready.

Our Project Manager was key and very instrumental in helping this project move along. I worked alongside Erin and she is fabulous. Very personable and responsive which is key. Areas of concerns were addressed in a timely manner. I am happy and will use them again for future sales projects.

John & Curbio did a great job! Sellers were very pleased as the work added ~$100k to their bottom line. Work was completed on-schedule even with change orders. The home was clean / show-ready and sold quickly. Thank you!

Curbio was absolutely AMAZING and really pulled through in every aspect of the construction process. I would recommend them time and time again! Everyone was communicative and very helpful. Project success and the house sold almost immediately.

It worked beautifully! I have almost 30 years of experience working in construction and interior design, and Curbio is a game changer. We decided to sell our home in April of this year, but we knew that there was a lot of work to be done to get a good offer. I could have tapped into my own list of contractors but decided to see what Curbio could offer beforehand. The process was as easy as it gets. The pricing is absolutely right in line with any good contractor, so we decided to give it a shot. Our project manager was absolutely incredible. He answered our questions quickly and any issues were promptly resolved. We were already out of state during the work, but we were able to see through the Curbio app how the project was progressing which helped us, and our agent stay informed. The project finished on time, and it looked beautiful. Our home had over 40 showings in 3 days, and we sold on the 3rd day for much more than we anticipated. Construction projects inherently come with unexpected issues and hiccups, but the Curbio crew resolved them without incident. This service is a gamechanger for the real estate market. We couldn't be happier!

The team at Curbio took the project from concept to completion. Initial contact with Curbio was on 6/30, a Materport Tour was Scheduled, and then a Zoom call with the Clients and Curbio on 7/6. The project was assigned to the Contractor on 7/13 and finished by 8/3. We were updated through the App. and the house sold quickly and for more than expected.
