As a licensed and insured general contractor, we specialize in the smart updates that help homes sell faster and for more — repairs, paint, flooring, and kitchen and bath refreshes. We're the one call that does it all: free estimates, quality materials, design assistance, and full-service project management, with a dedicated project manager keeping every project on time and on budget. Flexible payment options included. Curbio takes the stress out of getting any home market-ready.

Project manager was responsive friendly and accommodating. Work was performed well and on the owners time frame.

They did a good job. Took longer than I would have liked in this changing market.

John Buonadonna, the local project manager, was very pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. Although the initial estimate from the matterport view was incorrect, (underestimated in price and overestimated the actual quickness to complete the work), he worked hard to help us. Based on this experience, I do suggest that agents be careful, especially with exterior and landscaping/ground work, to have a physical visit for estimate accuracy.

Once we got past the initial(slow) stage things moved along quickly. The project manager Shawn was very easy to work with. I have another pending listing that will use Curbio also. Thanks, Ron
