Curbio got the job done and was convenient since they paid for everything until settlement, but communication on expectations for the scope of work was poor. Make sure you know exactly what is needed for your project. Otherwise, you will find yourself frustrated.

Good follow up.

Overall the house turned out beautiful! I felt like there was a gap between what was presented in the cell cycle and what was actually delivered. I had massive missed expectations as did my client. That said, the value of cardio is still amazing and now that I’ve been through this one time, I can seek to understand expectations and communicate them to my client as best I can. It was a real learning experience! I do feel like the line items for the quote of the scope of work could be a little more detailed so during the project there is not confusion.

The project took triple the time. the actual work that was done was not the best but did not want to delay the project any longer.

The service worked as it should. My only issue was the timing. It took 3 months for this light renovation. We had other bids from contractors and the ranges were 3-6 weeks.

Thanks so much for sharing your experience, Jabarri! On average, we get work done 50% faster than other contractors, so we're sorry to hear we fell below your expectations for the timing. But, we are happy that you were satisfied with the quality of work and overall experience!
