My favorite thing about Craftmasters is you have anything and everything I need and your sales associate Michael Maroldi is extremely knowledgeable and able to help me figure out what I need. My biggest issue is lead time. Our business department it telling me to stop ordering from yall because it is taking a super long time to get orders and when they call to get an update no one can give them an answer on when we will get our orders.

The order for engraved pegs arrived without the pegs actually being engraved. The replacement order arrived but did not include the return shipping label for the first order. It got resolved quickly, but you asked about my experience.
