Hi Andrew, I’m not sure who charged you a transaction fee, perhaps your credit card provider? PayPal is available as a payment option and does not have any additional fees. I would be happy to give you a store credit for whatever amount of fees you were charged by your credit card.
I was hesitant to order from Cool Frames after being burned with a different site (Frames Direct). However the process couldn’t have been smoother. I was kept updated on every step of getting my prescription frames from start to finish. They arrived in a very timely manner and everything is correct. Will definitely order from Cool Frames in the future as well.

Ordered frames...few days later said the didn't have that color in stock...had to take another color...otherwise all went well.

I was extremely happy to find these frame on line! They needed a bit of an adjustment from my lens developer which is the reason for the 4 stars.

thank you for your order, when frames are sold without Rx lenses we usually align the frame to be straight prior to shipping them. we know that once lenses are installed locally with your optician they will have to be tweaked as the lenses themselves can cause misalignment to the frame. we hope you enjoy the purchase and we are here if you need us. Terrible company, partner placed an order for me 29th May, hadn’t received it by 7th June contacted them to be told that it was being dispatched that day... 9 days later and it’s only just being dispatched, not acceptable!! Then told if we wanted to cancel the order we would be charged $20!! Went onto APC to track order today and order cannot be tracked which leads me to believe it still hasn’t been dispatched! Absolute disgrace of a company and customer service is shocking. Avoid at all costs!
