Customer service wouldn’t change my frames even though they were the wrong size and colors. Price was right order wasn’t. If they chose to honor the order was wrong and fix it I’d probably use them again? Sincerely, Nothing more important than customer service and satisfaction.

Company sent me a request to review. I'm giving 3 ☆ based on trust really & that the sunglasses arrive in good condition. However the 3 star reflects the fact that it has been 15 days since my order (10 "working days') and no sign of them yet. The tracker hasn't updated for the past 5 days so goodness knows where my Sunglasses are. I hope they're enjoying their travels, because it looks like I'm going on holiday without them 😎
