DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They give you want they want to give you with your own money. I ordered a pair of glasses, they broke within a few months and I am having the worst time under Cool Frames “warranty”. They don’t listen to the customers and every time you try to speak to the manager they claim he is one another call and I never receive a call back. Save the headache and order somewhere else!!

We in the U.K. are somewhat fortunate to have the protection of the Distance Selling Regulations but although it is not prominent on their website they ship from the U.S.A and have no such protections for the consumer. This company goes one step further and applies its own unregulated conditions on returns etc. ie a 20% restocking fee on top of very expensive return carriage costs. Import/customs and additional U.K. handling costs are very costly and non refundable. They also apply a cancellation charge of £20 even if the order has not been processed/shipped. There is a 1 to 4 day despatch time for even frame only orders this is to allow time for them to buy in the item ordered prior to shipping.

The ordering and delivering was excellent. But the wrong size was sent by the manufacturer. The invoice said the right size, but the product was the wrong size. The customer service, and the return, and the refund were easy and excellent. I will use the service again, if need be.

I was delighted to find the exact frame that my 95 year old mother-in-law has been wearing for years on your site at a decent price. She has dementia and would have refused to wear glasses which she could not identify as hers. I could not find the same frames locally but found them on your site, ordered them easily using the information found on the old frames, and had a local optician switch the frames. Voila! everyone is happy! Glasses arrived quickly and in great shape. Thank you!!

Ordered frames that I needed urgently. The delivery service delivered in the middle of the day around 3pm on a Thursday without giving me any sort of notice. Normally I wouldn't care but USPS requires a signature. Of course, I was still in work and didn't come home early as I didn't know when it was supposed to arrive. I had to spend an hour tracking it down and requesting a redelivery. Now, over a week later, I still don't have my frames...
