I loved how quickly they arrived, they replaced the frames that my puppy chewed, I’m thrilled that I am able to finally to see thru my most current prescription.

I had to call CoolFrames because the glasses i ordered were on backorder and know one called to notify me. I like my frames but the communication needs to be better.

It took a while to arrive. There wasn't much email communication prior to the shipment. Otherwise, the glasses arrived as described.
