I was just reordering a past product. It was easy to find my items and reorder. The website is easy to use. The checkout page is easy to read and update if needed.

Our customer service team will be reaching out to you. Based on your order number, customer service says your AirPods have an estimated delivery date of Friday, May 30th.
They rectified a mishap that happened and were able to ship my item on a timely basis. Thank you.
