Thank you so much for the five stars! We are a small business built by real people too! There's nothing better than hearing from someone who's actually out there prospecting and putting Mojo to work!
Thank you for choosing Mojo over the past year and continuing to come back when it's time to prospect. We appreciate your business and wish you many more conversations, appointments, and closings ahead. Happy dialing!
I have been using Mojo for many years…
I have been using Mojo for many years and truly enjoy it. It has been a very valuable tool for my real estate business because it helps me connect with sellers who may be interested in selling their homes. I have never used another dialer besides Mojo, and overall, I have been very satisfied with the service. My only complaint is that the home sales price information is no longer available. The feature used to be very helpful. I hope you will bring it back. Thank you

Thank you for being a longtime Mojo customer! It means a lot to hear that Mojo has been a valuable part of your real estate business for so many years.
We did take a look at your account and noticed that your property data is not coming from a Mojo Lead Store subscription. Because of that, the change you're seeing with home sales price information would be something to check with your current data provider.
If you ever want to explore Mojo's data, we'd love for you to take a look at our options. Neighborhood Search, for example, includes AVM(Automated Valuation Model) data to help with property valuation, along with property and homeowner data that can be used for prospecting.
Thank you again for your loyalty and the four stars. Hopefully we can help you find what you're looking for and earn that fifth one!
Long-time client
I've been using Mojo for more than a decade and I love the platform and will continue to use it. If I could change anything it would be the ability to filter out commercial, agricultural, and land listings. Additionally, I'd love to arrange the date by price point without it affecting the date the listing came off the market. Lastly, I'd love to control the ability to not receive data from areas that I do not serve.

Thank you for being a longtime Mojo customer and for sticking with us for more than a decade! We truly appreciate your loyalty and the five-star review.
We also appreciate the specific feedback about the data. Being able to better exclude property types such as commercial, agricultural, and land listings, control the geographic areas feeding into your account, and have more flexibility when sorting by price without disrupting other important listing information are all thoughtful suggestions.
Feedback like this is particularly valuable coming from someone who has used Mojo for so many years and knows how the platform fits into a real-world prospecting routine. We'll make sure these suggestions are shared with our development team as we continue improving our data and prospecting tools.
Thank you again for your continued business and for growing with Mojo over the years. Here's to many more years of productive prospecting!

We appreciate your business and wish you continued success. Happy prospecting!
If you are going to telemarketing to…
If you are going to telemarketing to potential prospects as most agents do these days, you either have to have Mojo or something similar.
I've been using Mojo since 2015 almost every prospecting day excluding most weekends but not all weekends.
I buy the prospects to call directly from Mojo including Expired and cancelled. Unfortunately their database is not the best but when you test other databases, these other databases are not a whole lot better either. I hear that some real estate agents they combine multiple databases, merge these databases to obtain more or better phone numbers to be able to contact prospect. The problem is, that the consumer receives so many calls, plus text, plus email, that they are exhausted as the consumer is hiding from all of us. You are also a consumer, so I am sure you also see the number of calls you receive as well on a daily basis.
On another note, from time to time I have to contact the Mojo support and ask them what is going on with their database that they have not updated recently. This is more the case with Neighborhood search. You know they have not updated neighborhood database when you do circle prospecting and interact with the prospect on the phone and they mention that the address that I am calling is the wrong one.
One system that I have been using for the last two years is Mojo’s on the Go system. These days I seldom use the desktop version and use primarily the Mojo on the Go as a dialer. The main reason that I like the Mojo on the Go as opposed to the desktop version is because I can dial using Apple Mini iPad for dialing and it works great. The reports are a bit clunky for Mojo on the Go but the interface works flawlessly and because the Mini Ipad is flexible, light and easy to handle, I get less tired after hours of prospecting and recovery is faster. With the Mini Ipad, I seat on a sofa instead of prospecting standing up or in a desk, these days prospecting longer hours seems to be a better solution for me.
By the way, Mojo on the Go, uses the same database that your Mojo desktop version does. Any changes you make on one system automatically shows up in both desktop version as well. So, you can use one Mojo on the Go one session or Mojo desktop version on another session and both system interact with each other, is not like you have to use one or the other.
One reason that I use the Mojo on the Go so heavily is because the Mini Ipad has tools that I don’t have with the desktop version. For example with Mojo on the Go with the Mini Ipad is the ability to use the Apple pencil to document my conversation with the prospect in the Mojo notes just as if I had taken notes in a scratch pad. Other tools that I have found in Mojo on the Go is that the Mini I pad has Keywords. By using Keywords I can create a short text of three letters and that gives me ability to quickly document the file with the same words that every other expired listing offers. For example the contact tells me “I am not selling”. So I created a Keyword for the phrase with these three letter representing the key phrase to document the file “Iam” and the system types “I am not selling” which is what the seller said and this process has improved my productivity in many ways.
Another reason to use the Mojo on the Go is that when I travel, I don’t travel with the laptop anymore as they are heavy as opposed to the light weight of the mini I pad. I’ve never been an Apple user, always Windows or Chromebook. However, I switched from desktop version to Mini Ipad because the Mini Ipad is the preferred instrument by many pilots as a trusted companion to all the books and books such as charts that they are required to bring with them when they are in the cockpit. Obviously as a pilot (I fly for fun, my full time job is as a listing agent), my choices were simple, either learn the Mini Ipad or continue to bring with me the books, charts and all the reference information a pilot must have before flying. I had no choice but to learn how to use the Mini Ipad and leave the books, and books and charts behind. I am still a Windows person except for the Mini Ipad.
Maneuvering the Mini Ipad sitting down on a sofa is easier than a laptop. At the end of day, you need to have a system that could be easy to set to dial. Money is in the amount of time you dial time, keep it simple and dial and dial and dial.

Thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed review, and especially for being a Mojo customer since 2015! More than a decade of almost daily prospecting is quite a commitment, and we truly appreciate Mojo continuing to be part of your business.
We also appreciate your candid feedback about our data. No property and contact database is going to be perfect, particularly as homeowners move, phone numbers change, properties transfer ownership, and public records are updated at different intervals. Our data subscriptions are updated on an ongoing basis, with frequency depending on the particular data set. Feedback from active prospectors like you is extremely valuable because you're putting that information to the test every day. If something doesn't look right, we absolutely want you to continue bringing it to our attention.
After more than a decade of prospecting with us, you've summed up something we believe strongly: the best prospecting system is ultimately the one you'll consistently use. Keep it simple, have the conversations, follow up, and as you put it, "dial and dial and dial."
Thank you for the five stars, your loyalty over the years, and for sharing so much of your experience with other prospectors. We appreciate having you as part of the Mojo community!
My Experience with MOJO
There are many platforms what Mojo those. I close some deals. Is it worth is who knows because there could be more improvements from emails, add texting, and doing ads, more affected ways to reach the folks. price needs to get better with tough times seem they do the opposite instead of going down they raise it.

Thank you for the feedback, and we're glad to hear you've closed deals using Mojo! We also appreciate the suggestions. Mojo already offers email marketing, customizable templates, Action Plans, and integrations to help users build a broader follow-up strategy beyond the initial call.
One feature we have consciously chosen not to add is texting directly from Mojo. SMS outreach is highly regulated, particularly when contacting unqualified leads without prior consent. We don't want to make it easy for someone unfamiliar with those requirements to misuse a texting feature and potentially create compliance problems for themselves.
We appreciate the suggestions about expanding Mojo's marketing capabilities, there's some good news on that front. An ad feature is currently in development, so more ways to reach and market to your prospects are coming!
We'd also like to clear up one misconception about pricing. Mojo has not raised our core pricing in the last 10 years. Despite significant inflation and continued investment in new features and development, we've worked hard to maintain the same fair, transparent menu-pricing approach. Customers choose the services they need rather than being locked into large bundled packages, and there are no long-term contracts or hidden setup fees.
We're happy Mojo has helped you close business, and we appreciate the ideas for making it even better. We'll keep working to give prospectors useful tools while keeping the platform flexible and affordable.
Mojo calling is easy to use
Mojo calling is easy to use, reliable, and a great tool for staying productive with prospecting. It save time and makes reaching more people much easier. Highly recommended.

Thank you for the great feedback and recommendation! We're glad Mojo is helping you save time, stay productive, and connect with more prospects. That's exactly what the Mojo Dialer is built to do. We appreciate your business and hope we can earn that fifth star along the way. Happy prospecting!
Best Dialer I’ve Used, But Still Has Some Issues
So far, Mojo is the best dialer I’ve used. I really like the simplicity, and the 3 line dialer is perfect. I’ve used dialers with up to 9 lines, but for me, three seems to be the sweet spot.
That said, I’ve had quite a few issues with calls randomly dropping, hanging up, or disconnecting. At first, I thought it might be my internet, so I moved my router closer to my workspace and upgraded to higher-speed internet, but I’m still having the same problem. Unfortunately, customer service hasn’t been able to help me resolve it.
The data could also be better. I don’t need five different phone numbers for one homeowner I’d rather have fewer numbers that are more accurate. I understand it can be difficult to always get the correct number, but I’ve switched to another data source that has been noticeably more accurate.
I do like the CRM and the new number rotation feature. I just wish it would automatically cycle through and rotate the numbers instead of making you log out and manually change them.
Even with those issues, Mojo is still the best dialer I’ve found for what I do. I’ve tried other options, but I always seem to come back to it.

Thank you for the detailed feedback, and especially for continuing to come back to Mojo after trying other dialers. We're glad you've found the Triple Line Dialer to be the sweet spot for your prospecting.
We do want to clarify one important point about the connection issues. Mojo does not route your outbound calls over your internet connection. Our Power Dialer uses an analog telephony infrastructure designed specifically to provide clear, reliable call quality. Your phone establishes a connection to the dialer, and Mojo then calls through your list. Because of this, upgrading your internet or moving your router may not address dropped calls. Factors such as cellular reception, Wi-Fi Calling, Bluetooth devices, or the phone connection being used can affect the experience. We're sorry our support team hasn't helped you isolate the cause, and we'd encourage you to give us another opportunity to troubleshoot it.
Regarding the data, Mojo's development team invests significant resources into maintaining our proprietary property contact data, which is updated regularly. We provide the available contact information associated with a property because determining which number a homeowner currently prefers isn't always possible. We understand, though, why you may prefer a provider that returns fewer numbers.
We're also glad you're enjoying the CRM and our newer Caller ID rotation tools. Your suggestion about automatically rotating numbers rather than manually selecting them is valuable feedback, and we'll make sure it's heard.
Most importantly, thank you for saying that Mojo remains the best dialer you've found for what you do. We appreciate your continued business, and we'll keep working to earn those other two stars!
