I couldn't track my package from your web site that's the only thing I could complain about (what a first world problem to have) does anyone know how to train a cat to go through the electronic door, cats are so dumb. Sarcasm is hard to convey in text

Thank you for the positive review Best wishes, Kayleigh
I ordered a second Cat Mate (automatic feeder) to help regulate my cat's feeding time and make it possible to leave town for a week. My neighbor will take care of loading the Cat Mate, hugs, and litter. One of my cats is deaf but she is adapting beautifully. I especially appreciate the ice packs that allows me to load the trays and not worry about the food spoiling. Thanks for the quick delivery.

Hi Linda, Thanks so much for the positive feedback regarding your new Cat Mate (automatic feeder). We're so glad that your cat has adapted to it so well, and we hope she enjoys using it for many years to come 😺 Best wishes, Aanand.
One of the guides for the led was broken. I am confident this did not break off during shipment but was shipped that way. It should still work but was flawed. Whoever packed it should have seen it but still sent it.

I'm pleased with how seamless and easy it was to work with your company. The water filters arrived in a timely manner. They were packaged well and fit perfectly in my catmate water fountain. I thought the price was fair. I am very happy with my catmate as is my cat. She drinks from it regularly. It's very quiet and doesn't splash water on my floor.

The Catmate works great for our kitty. We use it for when we're not home and for a snack during the night so she doesn't wake us up.
