City GroundsReviews of citygrounds.com

The bike came in fast and excellent condition!

Buy from local bike shop instead. Bike arrived damaged, customer service unhelpful.

my crank didnt work and when i when i talked to someone about a replacment they said it was my fault and and i hurt myself on the bike because of the crank

Bought a bike and then it went on clearance and cityground would not do a price adjustment. Ordered a lot from this site. This is not how a loyal customer should be treated.

Quality product (Big Flyer 29' bike). The packaging was stellar. The product arrived in mint condition.

I found the bike I was looking for. Fast processing and shipping. It was delivered with no damage. Ok I’m enjoying riding my new HARO!

I really enjoyed the overall shopping experience on line and was really impressed to see the PK Ripper I’ve been waiting for to be available at a super reasonable price . The bicycle arrived like super quick.

excellent communication and service
