The battery shipped with my Crew Dart 20 would not charge, after sending a video of the issue a new battery was on the way. Thank you City Grounds for resolving the issue quickly! This was my 5th bike purchased from City Grounds and definitely not my last.

Great bike at a great price! Arrived in good time undamaged. I read some reviews that had complaints about needing a signiture, so i had it shipped to a shipping store near my house. They signed, i picked up, now Im riding a new bike!

Came to find a bike for my son that would check as many boxes as possible for my budget. Found the Apollo Big Ridge 24” and could not find a better price anywhere. Order was shipped quickly and arrived within a week of ordering. The bike came with a bent rear derailleur hanger from being tossed around in shipping. I had a spare that fit perfect, I did not contact customer support so I can’t speak to the service offered. Very happy with my purchase and my son loves his new bike.

Super bike and company... The only reason it is not 5 is because, in previewing the operator manual for the Crew Method, I read the instructions for changing the Speed Limitation under Ebike Settings under Setting Menu. I wanted to be able to adjust the top speed downwards for less cadence assist for the way I ride. It turned out the display menu includes that option but it is not actually changeable. Despite learning my controller was locked for this adjustment, I am totally satisfied with the bike - extremely glad I chose this model and for the responsiveness of the Sales and Support resources. I will continue to recommend and possibly purchase in the future.

We originally bought 1 e-bike from them- loved it, the fast delivery and easy assembly so much we bought a different e-bike a week later. Had a mild issue with the 2nd one that was promptly addressed and resolved. Excellent customer service and products- we will probably get another one soon!
