Easy online ordering. Quick shipping. I ordered two bikes In shipping one of the boxes was very badly damaged, but all parts and pieces were there so not a big deal.

Bike wasn’t put together correctly. Had to spend money to get it done right at another shop.

City Grounds has a solid selection of bikes and accessories. The staff is friendly and really knows their stuff. Prices are fair too, though some items could be a tad cheaper. Overall, a great spot for cyclists!

Online order and self pick up so o little interaction with anyone-the brake was assembled or adjusted to tight ! I asked about a minor adjustment and I was not to welcome to bring it back so I guess customer service is NOT in the business model anymore! Just $$$$
